Not legal advice.** # PyAutoRaid — End User License Agreement and Terms of Use **Last updated: 2026-07-22** Please read this End User License Agreement and Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using PyAutoRaid (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. **If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.** These Terms are a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and the individual developer who created and distributes the Software (the "Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). > **This document is not legal advice.** It is a plain-English set of terms provided on an "as is" basis. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. See the "Important" note at the end. --- ## 1. What This Software Is PyAutoRaid is a **free, closed-source** third-party tool for the video game *Raid: Shadow Legends*. It runs on your local Windows PC and provides features such as key-free Clan Boss battle simulation, team and gear optimization, battle history and telemetry, and optional automation of in-game daily tasks and farming. The Software is distributed as **compiled binaries only**. Its source code is not made available. --- ## 2. License Grant Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a **personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license** to download, install, and use the compiled binaries of the Software on computers you own or control, **solely for your own personal, non-commercial use**. This is a license, **not a sale**. The Developer retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights in it. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms. --- ## 3. Free of Charge; No Purchase The Software is provided **free of charge**. The Developer does not sell it and does not require any payment to use it. You are not charged a license fee. (See Section 10 regarding voluntary donations.) --- ## 4. Restrictions — What You May Not Do You may **not**, and you may not permit or enable any third party to: - **Redistribute** the Software or any part of it, whether for free or for a fee — including uploading, mirroring, bundling, hosting, or otherwise making the binaries available to others; - **Sell, rent, lease, lend, or resell** the Software or access to it; - **Sublicense**, assign, or otherwise transfer your license or your copy of the Software to anyone else; - **Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive or reconstruct the source code**, structure, algorithms, or underlying ideas of the Software, except to the limited extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law; - **Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works** of the Software; - **Remove, obscure, or alter** any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in or on the Software; - Use the Software in any way that is **unlawful**, or to build a competing or commercial product or service. Any use of the Software outside the scope of the license granted in Section 2 is prohibited and automatically terminates your license. --- ## 5. Provided "AS IS" — No Warranty **THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.** To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of **merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement**. The Developer does **not** warrant that the Software will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your requirements, produce correct results, work with any particular version of the game, or continue to function at all. Any simulation results, optimization recommendations, telemetry, or predictions produced by the Software are estimates only and may be wrong. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. --- ## 6. Use at Your Own Risk — Game Terms of Service and Account Risk **YOU USE THE SOFTWARE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.** You understand and acknowledge that: - *Raid: Shadow Legends* is operated by **Plarium Global Ltd. ("Plarium")**, and your use of the game is governed by Plarium's own Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, and rules. - **Using third-party tools, mods, automation, or bots with the game may violate Plarium's Terms of Service** and could result in warnings, suspension, permanent ban, loss of in-game progress or purchases, or other action against your game account. - The Software modifies and interacts with the game client on your computer. This is inherently risky. - **You are solely and fully responsible for your own game account, your compliance with Plarium's rules, and any consequences that result from your use of the Software.** If you are not willing to accept these risks, do not use the Software. The decision to use the Software, and all consequences of that decision, are yours alone. --- ## 7. No Affiliation with Plarium — Third-Party Intellectual Property The Software and the Developer are **not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or in any way officially connected with Plarium** or with *Raid: Shadow Legends*. *Raid: Shadow Legends*, and all related game names, logos, characters, artwork, data, and other assets, are the **trademarks, copyrights, and property of Plarium and/or its licensors**. All rights in them belong to their respective owners. These Terms grant you **no rights whatsoever** in or to Plarium's game, intellectual property, or assets. Any references to the game in the Software or its documentation are for identification and interoperability purposes only (nominative use) and do not imply any endorsement or ownership. --- ## 8. Limitation of Liability **TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, IN-GAME PROGRESS, IN-GAME PURCHASES, OR GAME ACCOUNTS**, arising out of or in connection with the Software or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the above, the Developer shall not be liable for: - **Any suspension, ban, restriction, or loss of your game account** or anything associated with it; - **Any loss of or damage to data**, save files, in-game items, currency, or purchases; - Any damage to your computer, software, or systems; - Any incorrect, misleading, or unexpected output from the Software; - Any interruption, unavailability, or discontinuation of the Software. Because the Software is provided free of charge, **to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the Developer's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Software or these Terms shall not exceed one U.S. dollar (US $1.00), or the amount you actually paid the Developer for the Software (which is nothing), whichever is greater.** Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, the Developer's liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law. --- ## 9. No Guarantee of Availability or Updates The Software depends on a specific version of the game and its runtime. **Game updates, patches, or changes by Plarium may cause the Software to malfunction, break, or stop working entirely, at any time and without notice.** The Developer is under **no obligation** to provide updates, fixes, support, maintenance, or continued availability of the Software, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software (in whole or in part) at any time without notice or liability. --- ## 10. Donations Are Voluntary and Non-Refundable The Software is free. If the Developer offers a way to make voluntary donations (for example, through Ko-fi, Patreon, or a similar platform), those donations are exactly that — **voluntary gifts** to support development. - Donations are **not** a purchase of the Software, a license fee, a subscription, or payment for any specific feature, support, or outcome. - Donations do **not** create any obligation on the Developer to provide anything in return, including updates, support, or continued availability. - **All donations are final and non-refundable**, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the payment platform's own rules. --- ## 11. Termination These Terms and your license are effective until terminated. Your license **terminates automatically and immediately** if you breach any of these Terms. The Developer may also terminate or suspend your license at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies of it in your possession or control. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, and 13) will survive. --- ## 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **the United States** and, where applicable, the State in which the Developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Software or these Terms shall be subject to the courts of the United States having jurisdiction over the Developer's place of residence, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or place of residence that cannot be waived by agreement. --- ## 13. Changes to These Terms The Developer may update or change these Terms at any time. When the Terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised, and the updated Terms will be included with new releases of the Software and/or posted at the Software's distribution page. **Your continued use of the Software after the Terms change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.** If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Software. --- ## 14. General - **Entire Agreement.** These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Software and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. - **Severability.** If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. - **No Waiver.** The Developer's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. - **Assignment.** You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your license.
